Face to Face Sessions

If you haven’t already had a little look over the tools I have to offer in session, you can do so below.

Whichever you feel most called to explore, I will always make sure that there is a bodywork component woven in.

This could involve a long, Shiatsu-based treatment, or simply me placing my hands on you for 15 minutes at the conclusion of our session, to support you to ground and integrate.

I offer Natal Chart readings, both on their own, and in conjunction with other elements of treatment.

Even if you don’t feel called to work with your Natal Chart in our session, I find having a quick glimpse at your chart can be immensely helpful when preparing for our session together. It helps me to identify potential themes that may be surfacing in your life, areas where you may benefit from more support, and also your gifts and strengths which we can call upon as allies.

In order to access your chart, I will need to know your birth time, in addition to your birthdate and location.
